Chennedy Carter Waived by Los Angeles Sparks
Former No. 4 overall pick on the move again
Carter acquired by Sparks last season in trade with Dream
Guard Chennedy Carter is on the market for her third team after being waived by the Los Angeles Sparks. The Sparks announced the move on Friday, March 17, 2023.
Carter, the No. 4 overall pick in the 2020 WNBA Draft, was acquired by the Sparks prior to last season from the Atlanta Dream in return for a first-round pick. She averaged 10.8 points and 3.3 assists in 24 games for Los Angeles in 2022.
